Online and Small Group Classes!

JUNE-JULY: New Online Pilates Course – Sign up today!

Following the restrictions still enforced on gym style classes for the foreseeable future, I have decided to offer a 6 week course. This will consist of 6, 30 minute online classes. They will be sent out once a week on a Monday starting Monday 15th June – Monday 20th July. Hopefully we will then have more information on whether we can start face-to-face classes again from August/September time.


Online Classes last for 30 minutes each and will be sent via an email link every Monday for (1 class released per week). If you would like to sign up to one of the online course options below, please email me at: contact@larapepper.com.


1:1 or Small Group Pilates Sessions – £40/hour

The Government is already allowing personal training if it takes place outside. I have checked with Public Health and this can also include 1:1 Pilates sessions and small group sessions of up to 5 people (6 including me) outside, as long as there is enough space to adhere to social-distancing rules (2m apart etc).

These classes will consist of me coming to your garden (please ensure access not through the house), and teaching an hour class outside. These sessions are weather dependant (hopefully this sunshine stays!) I can provide equipment which will be disinfected after each session; however, clients are encouraged to use their own, especially cushions.

The cost is £40 for the hour regardless of how many people in the session (1:1 or small group up to 5 people), therefore the cost of £40 can be shared by a small group if there is interest.

Access to a Sports Specific Class – Cost £4 each

  • Pilates for Runners (30 min class)
  • Pilates for Cyclists (30 min class)
  • Pilates Advanced stretching (30 min class)
  • Pilates for Swimmers (30 minute class)
  • Pilates for Golfers (30 minute class)

Pilates not only encourages better posture but also helps individuals to become more body-aware whilst promoting functional movement and core strength. Pilates is also beneficial for those suffering with issues such as low back pain, muscle tightness or other muscle aches and pains.

Classes are taught by a fully certified Australian APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) Pilates instructor and are for all abilities, with exercises being adapted to suit the individual.

All equipment is provided, however if you have a mat you would prefer to use please feel free to bring this along.

*Please note that a New Starter Questionnaire will need to be completed and returned prior to the individual partaking in the course.

It is the individual’s responsibility to inform the instructor if they experience any new or unusual symptoms during the course of my 1:1 or classes.

All courses are pre-paid in full and are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is due to hire costs and the need to commit to the length of the course.
