Healthy Lifestyle, Weight Loss and Fitness

We offer a number of group classes or 1:1 courses focused on improving your fitness, making healthy lifestyle changes, and weight loss if suitable. This may be for those of us who have gained some ‘lockdown weight’, who struggle with their weight, or those who have a specific target in mind e.g. holiday or wedding!

Our group sessions include:

10 week fitness journey (1hour 15mins per week) NEXT COURSE: Mon 4th Oct – Mon 6th Dec 7:15-8:30pm

Food Diary Analysis

Each week we check your measurements, discuss a specific health topic e.g. snacking, eating out, meal planning etc, and then do a HIIT workout. Our workouts can be adapted to all needs and fitness levels, and are aimed at encouraging you to get back into fitness. Our groups are limited to 8 people

Cost: £150 per person for the 10 week course

Register your interest or book your place today. You will receive a free entry telephone call within a couple of days of booking. Your entry call will last for 20minutes and helps us to identify your aims for the sessions, fitness levels and suitability for the group, in the case that the course is not suitable we will refund you in full before the course start date. We will then work with you to book you onto a suitable course to start your health journey.

Once your place has been confirmed, you will receive a welcome email one week prior to the course date, this will have your food diary, GP consent requirements, and a short health questionnaire for you to complete prior to your first group class.

1:1 Courses for Fitness and Health

If you prefer a 1:1 approach with a plan tailored specifically to you, then we also offer 1:1 sessions. We can be flexible with days and times for these, but we do ask you to commit to 7 weeks.

Our 1:1 courses include:

Initial consultation and fitness assessment (90minutes)

6 week nutrition and fitness course including tailored topics to help you, and a 1:1 HIIT workout each week (1 hour per week)

Personalised goal setting

Measurements taken

Food diary analysis

Cost: £290 for 6 weeks course, personalised plan and initial 90min consultation
